I am totally upset with National Seating and Mobility in Pewaukee, Wisconsin.
They have a power chair tech by the name of Chris and I have told them
repeatedly that Chris is the only one to be working on my power chair.
I was able to get a new seating system for my power chair and this is
when I found out that Chris did not do the work on my chair, and the
seating system was not working properly when Bruce my representative
and the so called tech the seating system was only working partially
because the wiring harness is to short from the company my chair came
from.
I know Chris has enough smarts and know how on how to make wiring harnesses longer.
Now National Seating and Mobility have my power chair waiting on the new harness.
I have asked then that Chris be the only one to work on my chair. I
know I may have hurt the tech they just hired, but I do not want
someone I cannot trust and this new tech has only been there two
weeks. Sorry I want Chris.
National Seating and Mobility put a $15,000.00 seating system on my Frontier X5.
You did not send any instructions on how to install the new system and
it is my understanding the tech had to call you once on how to get the
system installed.
The wiring harness is to short for the chair to extend the fullest
height on the seat elevation and then I was stuck in the recline
position because the mechanism operating the new power seating system
quit working.
I am very upset and I thought a complete new joystick system would have
been installed instead of a small separate box that will break off when
I either get in and out of the chair or in and out of the door way.
I would like all new electronics for the chair and not at my insurance
or any out of pocket expense but at your expense for causing me the
loss of my chair for at least a week, maybe longer.
